The South Texas Naval Academy Parent website has been designed to honor the young men and women who by their
accomplishments have earned the right to become United States Naval Academy Midshipmen and wear the coveted
"Navy Blue and Gold." With their credentials they could have easily attended other prestigious colleges and
universities in pursuit of their dreams and enjoyed a private life with all of its material rewards. However
these young men and women instead have chosen to defend the dreams of others. This is why we honor them.
